Holistic Nutrition Program with Edison Institute of Nutrition

To further support the success of our graduates, CCHM has partnered with the Edison Institute of Nutrition. This affiliation offers a streamlined path for students to earn a Diploma in Holistic Nutrition (D.H.N.) alongside their homeopathy studies.

  • Fast-Track Your Learning

As a CCHM student, you will already be covering core health science courses required for the D.H.N. Through this partnership, you can fast-track your studies by earning exemptions for overlapping coursework.

  • Flexible, Distance Learning

The holistic nutrition program is designed to complement your homeopathy education. It is delivered via distance education, allowing you to study on your own schedule.

  • Professional Designations

Graduates of the Practitioner Diploma Program in Holistic Nutrition earn the title Holistic Nutritionist and are eligible for:

  • Membership with the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners (CANNP), with the designation RNT (Registered Nutritional Therapist).
  • Membership with the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants (IONC), with the designation ROHP (Registered Orthomolecular Holistic Practitioner).

Bowen College and the CBHT Program

In our ongoing effort to prepare our graduates for success, we are thrilled to announce our affiliation with Bowen College. This partnership creates a unique opportunity for students to earn dual qualifications in both homeopathy and Certified Bowen Health Therapy (CBHT). Bowen College is the only institution offering Bowen Therapy training accredited by the Canadian Examining Board of Healthcare Practitioners (CEBHCP) and the Bowen Therapist Professional Association (BTPA). This makes the program an exceptional complement to your CCHM education.

By blending the principles of homeopathy with the practical techniques of Bowen Therapy, practitioners can address both physiological stress and pain, offering a well-rounded approach to patient care.

A Complementary Curriculum

The CCHM and Bowen College partnership is designed to integrate seamlessly, allowing students to combine these two holistic modalities into their scope of practice. Students of either institution are eligible for course exemptions:

CCHM Students Transitioning to Bowen College: Exempt from Anatomy & Physiology and Nutrition courses. Bowen Students Transitioning to CCHM: Exempt from the same courses, enabling flexibility in completing your studies.

The Bowen College program is tailored to fit around your studies at CCHM. Much of the coursework is available online, allowing you to study at your own pace. Upon completion, you will be eligible to:

  • Earn the designation CBHT (Certified Bowen Health Therapist).
  • Join the Canadian Examining Board of Health Care Practitioners (CEBHP).
